The Preferred office, our first, was completed June 15, 1998.  The location in South Forsyth County , is conveniently located at the intersection of Sharon Road and Old Atlanta Road .  Originally the building was a rambling fifty year old ranch which partners Terry and Sarah Swanson modified over the years to become the flagship office of Results Realty Services.  The facility is now a state-of-the-art Real Estate office, which has survived three fires, which represents the spirit of the Results Realty family!

The office grew from the humble beginning of four agents to twenty three, when the building was hit by lightening and approximately 20% of the facility was destroyed.  In the process of rebuilding, a plumber’s torch sparked and burned the remains of the building to the ground, which required the office to be totally rebuilt!  The office had the second grand opening in early 2001, and the third fire occurred in 2002.  True story here, a squirrel caused a transformer box to blow resulting in pine straw to ignite next door, causing minimal damage. 

Today, the Preferred office is our largest location and continues to grow.  The facility is known in the community as a benchmark for direction and our agents are a vital part of the community.
